2025 Camper Fee

We are grateful for those who have participated in The Marsh Day Camp in the past and hope you will join us again this summer. As you may already be aware, we have experienced increased cost of providing services as well as an increase in the pay rate for our Marsh staff. With those realities we have set the rates for this summer. We understand your desire to choose a quality summer experience for your child and we don't want finances to stop you from choosing The Marsh Day Camp. Friends of Sandy Cove have generously provided funds to help families send their children to The Marsh. Please see the scholarship tab for additional information and to apply.

Your camper fee includes 5 days of day camp, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, packed with fun and adventure, daily kid-friendly lunch and snack, constant supervision and mentoring by caring, trained staff and great learning opportunities!

$293 per camper per week if registered by March 1st
$304 per camper per week after March 1st

Add Extended Care
Child care is available beginning at 7:00 am and ending at 6:00 pm if your schedule does not allow for arrival and pick up during regular camp hours. Pre-registration is required - sign up when you register for the week.

$60 per child, per week - includes AM and PM (before and after)

Registration Instructions

Pay a $75 deposit per week per child online.
Choose a payment plan. All fees must be paid in full by June 1. Registrations made after June 1 must be paid in full at time of registration.
Upon registering you will receive an email confirmation with registration details, parent handbook and all contact information.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the week for which you are registered, please notify The Marsh immediately.

Cancellation Fee: $75 per child per week if you cancel more than 4 weeks in advance of the week your child is scheduled to arrive at The Marsh.
Transfers: All camp fees are transferable to another week at The Marsh prior to May 1, at no cost. After May 1, transfers are subject to a $50 administrative fee and must be completed 4 weeks prior to the scheduled week. All transfers are subject to availability.
Refunds: There are no refunds of any camp fees within 4 weeks of the week your child is scheduled to arrive at The Marsh.
